When will my order be delivered?
You will usually receive an order the next working day. You will receive an email immediately after completing the order. If you have a question regarding the delivery of an online store order, you can contact our customer service. They can tell you where your package is and what time it will be delivered. Available on 06 1280 7568 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
How can I change my postal address?
If you have an account, you can easily change your postal address by logging in via ‘My account’ and then changing your postal address via ‘Address book’. If you do not have a web account, you can change the address via the contact form or by contacting our customer service (06 1280 7568, available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
Can I have an order delivered abroad?
No, we only deliver to the Netherlands for the time being.
